Description:
Partner with the Account Executive team to provide technical knowledge of the Procore platform and cloud-based software to prospects
Support Account Executives throughout the sales process by participating in technical demonstrations, answering RFPs, and positioning Procore as a leading construction software solution
Work in a collaborative sales organization within Procore
Provide pre-sales technical support from initial contact through product demonstration and close
Assist in closing new business by addressing prospects' technical challenges
Train and support Account Executives to become Procore experts
Develop expertise in Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
Communicate with team members through various channels
Collaborate with all levels of the organization to develop best practices and connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing
Requirements:
Construction IT or Real Estate professional transitioning into a software company
Experience in investment, IT, and management roles within the real estate or construction industry
Experience with managing Portfolio Financials
Familiarity with Procore or Procore for Owners platform is a plus
Passion for modernizing the Real Estate and Construction industry
OR
Tech industry sophomores with experience in pre-sales support roles selling SaaS solutions
Understanding of complex web and mobile applications for document and project management
Interest in developing knowledge of enterprise technology environments
Benefits:
Base Pay Range $62 - $85 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $182,800 - $251,350
