Description:

The Solutions Engineer at Turquoise Health will collaborate with the Product team to enhance the product suite and build features from the ground up.
They will analyze Turquoise Health’s transparency data to empower customers to understand and leverage price transparency data effectively.
The role involves guiding customers through healthcare pricing data and being a trusted advisor.
The Solutions Engineer will work with various teams to drive product development based on customer feedback.
They will undertake special projects to ideate on features, strengthen customer relationships, and push forward active deals.
Providing comprehensive analytics support and engaging with customers to seek and prioritize technical feedback are key responsibilities of this role.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in revenue cycle, healthcare consulting, or healthcare employer benefits in a technical/analytical role.
In-depth knowledge of payer-provider contracting, hospital revenue cycle, and factors contributing to healthcare costs.
Strong SQL skills are required, experience with other analytical languages and BI tools is a plus.
Ability to work with massive datasets that may change significantly each month.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.
High standards for quality assurance, analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, and creative thinking skills are essential.
