Description:

• The Solutions Engineer at Peak AI will report to the Director of Solution Engineering Specialists and will be instrumental in establishing Peak as a market leader in verticalized AI platforms.
• This role involves operating at the intersection of technical excellence and go-to-market strategy, focusing on building Peak's presence in North America.
• The Solutions Engineer will support vertical core sales teams by mentoring for scale and engaging directly with North American enterprises and UiPath's sales engineering teams.
• Responsibilities include understanding business challenges, proposing AI applications that drive real-world outcomes, and delivering integrated AI and automation solutions.
• The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and vertical sales teams, shaping Peak's strategy and growth across North America.
• The role also includes scaling the business by shaping an effective sales operating model for platform selling and leveraging UiPath's existing customer base to drive new growth opportunities for Peak.
• The Solutions Engineer will co-sell, integrate capabilities, and design solutions that combine AI-driven decision-making with end-to-end automation, particularly focusing on inventory management and pricing strategies.
• The individual will act as a subject matter expert in AI and agentic systems, guiding customers on optimizing decision-making across their businesses.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of AI technologies, business transformation trends, and emerging practices in AI is essential.
• The Solutions Engineer will represent Peak in thought leadership forums, industry events, and webinars to strengthen the company's position as a global leader in AI and automation.
• The role requires acting as a vertical specialist in Supply Chain and/or Pricing, focusing on applications within Manufacturing and Retail sectors, and identifying high-value use cases in these domains.
• The individual will partner closely with UiPath’s North American sales engineers to co-create integrated AI + automation solutions and lead go-to-market strategies across industries.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand strategic challenges and aligning AI solutions to measurable business outcomes is crucial.
• The Solutions Engineer will build and communicate compelling business cases for AI investment, emphasizing ROI and transformation potential.
• Shaping solution architectures and technical vision in collaboration with enterprise technology leaders is part of the role.
• The individual will act as a voice of the customer, informing Peak’s product roadmap and vertical solution strategy, and provide structured feedback from customer engagements to drive product innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in AI-driven solution design and implementation is required.
• Deep industry knowledge in Supply Chain and/or Pricing domains within Manufacturing and Retail sectors is essential.
• A successful track record of engaging with enterprise stakeholders to shape data and AI transformation strategies is necessary.
• The ability to develop persuasive business cases and articulate commercial value for AI investments is required.
• A strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles and modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is needed.
• Familiarity with vertical-specific challenges and opportunities for AI adoption is important.
