The Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales/ProServe) will work remotely and be part of the commercial team, partnering with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize cloud-native solutions.
This role is critical for post-sales delivery, ensuring customer success and maximizing value from the platform.
Responsibilities include leading complex solution deployments across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), serving as a trusted technical advisor, building technical assets, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a post-sales/delivery role.
Advanced expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools is necessary.
Strong programming and scripting skills in Python for automation, API integration, and solution customization are required, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with commercial security and compliance standards is essential; familiarity with DevSecOps practices is a plus.
Demonstrated success in leading customer-facing engagements and managing enterprise implementations is required.
Excellent communication and consultative skills are necessary, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently or within small teams, and have an interest or experience in emerging technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
