As a Solutions Engineer at CentML, you will work closely with the team to understand customer needs and craft innovative solutions using our products.
You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to support customer engagements and contribute to demonstrations, interactive labs, and proof-of-value (POV) exercises.
The role offers hands-on experience in bridging customer requirements with cutting-edge technology, providing a foundation for a career in AI and solutions engineering.
You will assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to contribute to strategic solutions.
You will support the preparation and execution of product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises.
You will collaborate with team members to develop materials and assets for customer engagements.
You will learn and apply technical concepts related to AI and machine learning in practical scenarios.
You will contribute to the improvement of pre-sales processes, including the organization of demo and lab environments.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or relevant working experience is required.
A strong interest in AI and machine learning technologies is essential.
Experience in programming (e.g., Python, Swift, Bash, or similar) is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
An eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment is important.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, are needed.
