Description:
Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery Team to ensure a successful sales cycle
Gather, refine, and qualify customer needs
Define the best approach to meet customer needs
Estimate project effort and cost
Contribute to marketing activities such as webinars and workshops
Participate in improving pre-sales tools and processes
Drive critical aspects of the sales cycle by understanding customer needs and providing technical guidance
Support the sales team on technical solutions and workload evaluation
Work with consultants and the sales team to create winning solutions
Maintain and enhance sales offer templates and documentation
Requirements:
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is a plus
Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge
Business experience/knowledge in ITSM, ITIL, Agile software development, DevOps, and CI/CD
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual in French and English is a plus
