Description:
The Solutions Engineer will work closely with customers to integrate the platform into their software development lifecycle.
This role requires serving as the technical lead during the sales process by demonstrating product features, delivering proof of concepts, and educating customers on best practices.
The engineer will engage directly with customers to identify security vulnerabilities and offer tailored solutions to enhance security and build robust systems.
Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure the product aligns with customer needs, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
The Solutions Engineer will lead efforts to reduce customer friction in deploying the platform by building automation, refining processes, and creating external resources.
This position involves representing customer needs within the organization and advocating for changes that enhance the customer experience and product functionality.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support roles, with a strong technical focus.
A deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems, including CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, and Buildkite is required.
Experience with application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis programs is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $126,000 - $168,000 USD, with uncapped OTE of $180,000 - $240,000.
