Description:

Turnstile is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Sr/Staff) to join their fully remote team in the US/Canada.
The role involves onboarding large customers' core revenue processes onto the Turnstile platform and diagnosing complex customer needs.
The Solutions Engineer will operate with autonomy, building operator tooling and customer features to enhance the onboarding experience.
This position serves as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful business outcomes.
The engineer will provide feedback to product teams regarding customer demands and system operability.
Familiarity with Turnstile’s application and codebase is required to assist customers effectively.
The role requires collaboration with a tight-knit group of experienced operators and founders passionate about reshaping the future of SaaS.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer/Architect, Sales Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer role, with a focus on solving real-world customer challenges.
Proficiency in building fullstack applications using Typescript and React is essential.
Strong communication skills and high customer empathy are required.
Experience in building operator tooling and being resourceful is necessary.
Candidates should be adept at bridging the gap between non-technical support and product teams.
A curiosity about B2B software, enterprise sales, and revenue operations is important.
The ability to excel in a dynamic and high-trust environment alongside an experienced team is expected.

The position offers competitive and fair pay, with salaries ranging from $185,000 to $205,000, depending on level, plus meaningful equity.
