Description:

  • NetBox Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with over 5 years of experience to drive new business and expand key accounts.
  • The role involves engaging with technical and executive stakeholders to understand their pain points and business objectives.
  • Responsibilities include leading technical discovery calls, product demonstrations, and owning the technical sales process.
  • The engineer will architect custom solutions based on customer use cases and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • The position requires developing compelling business cases to articulate the ROI of NetBox Cloud and Enterprise offerings.
  • The engineer will support pipeline generation by identifying high-quality prospects and guiding the Sales team on technical outreach strategies.
  • Content creation such as technical blogs, webinars, and whitepapers is also part of the role to drive thought leadership in network automation.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales roles within enterprise SaaS, networking, or open-source software.
  • A working knowledge of networking concepts, network automation, and infrastructure technologies is essential, with familiarity with NetBox being a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage both technical users and executive stakeholders in a consultative sales process is required.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.), and network automation workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills are necessary to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, including proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and objection handling is needed.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
