Requirements:

• A BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment, is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture.
• Familiarity with computer networks and IT security management is essential.
• Experience in developing web-based applications using frameworks or libraries like Angular, React, or Vue is required.
• Knowledge of backend services based on Java or other languages is necessary.
• Experience in developing scripting or batch processes with different technologies is required.
• Familiarity with HTTP client tools like Postman or Insomnia is needed.
• Candidates should be familiar with cloud-based technology platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with applications based on microservices architectures and containerization tools like Docker is required.
• Knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB and Redis is necessary.
• A good understanding of business processes is essential.
• Experience integrating third-party web or mobile SDKs is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills are required.
• A passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience is essential.
• Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
• A working knowledge of biometrics or identity software is ideal.
• A proven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross-functional and collaborative way is necessary.
