Remote Solutions Engineer with AdTech Expertise

Description:

• We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team, specializing in providing technical and product solutions across multiple teams.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in frontend and backend technologies and have experience in AdTech environments, with a focus on troubleshooting, debugging, and delivering innovative solutions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for resolving operational roadblocks and troubleshooting client-side code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Work with frontend libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue to enhance product interfaces.
• Analyze and query databases using SQL, and use tools like Excel for data reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, and Engineering teams to implement product improvements based on feedback.
• Debug and troubleshoot AdTech systems (DFP, GTM, Header Bidding, oRTB, Programmatic Workflow, PrebidJS) using tools like Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients, including writing technical documentation and client-facing guides.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required for frontend experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies like Node.js, Java, GoLang, or Python is necessary.
• Familiarity with AdTech systems such as DFP, GTM, Header Bidding, oRTB, Programmatic Workflow, and PrebidJS is essential.
• Strong experience in SQL for querying databases is required.
• Knowledge of Looker or Power BI for data analysis and reporting is preferred.
• Experience with debugging tools such as Postman and Charles Proxy is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are required.
