Description:

WordPress VIP is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform, helping large companies like Meta, Salesforce, and Disney create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
The Solutions Engineer will provide technical leadership to the enterprise sales team and play a key role in building and maintaining the structure to support sales programs.
Responsibilities include partnering with Sales and Customer Success to qualify new business opportunities, identifying and solving customer problems, building proofs of concept, leading the demo process, contributing to the RFP/RFI process, and recommending integration strategies and enterprise architectures.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or related position with customer-facing experience translating technical requirements into value discussions.
Experience with WordPress, PHP, or consulting is required.
Demonstrated experience in building Proofs of Concept and leading demo presentations is necessary.
Candidates should have worked closely with Account Executive teams on complex sales opportunities.
Outstanding communication skills are essential, including the ability to engage audiences through presentations, phone conversations, or written content.

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 USD plus variable commission, with global salary ranges paid in local currency.
