Maxana is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Solution Architect with deep experience in technical writing to join their dynamic team.
The role involves mobile solution architecture, requirements analysis, creating Jira stories, and translating technical/business requirements into user stories.
Responsibilities include writing and translating technical/payment data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making for the financial services division on a key project.
The architect will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility, ensuring that mobile applications are scalable, performant, and user-friendly.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to improve payment processes, enhance user experiences, and provide technical guidance across all facets.
Key responsibilities include applying ML methodologies to improve authorization rates, reduce fraud, and drive cost savings, as well as collecting, cleaning, and analyzing payment transaction data to derive actionable insights.
The architect will prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting payment patterns and performance metrics, identify anomalies and trends in payment data, and conduct ad hoc analyses to support various initiatives and strategic projects.
Staying informed about industry trends and best practices related to payment analytics is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

The candidate must be a Jira story creation expert and deeply experienced in translating user stories to engineering teams.
Deep mobile solution architecture experience is required, along with expertise in requirements analysis.
A deep understanding of mobile technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns is necessary, as well as collaboration with various teams throughout the development lifecycle.
The candidate should be an expert in payment optimization, chargeback compliance, and advanced analytics.
A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Writer, or Technical Business Analyst is preferred, ideally within the payments or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of mobile technology, specifically React Native, Swift (for iOS), and Kotlin/Java (for Android) is essential.
The candidate must be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility, ensuring that mobile applications are scalable, performant, and user-friendly.
Strong communication skills are required to present insights to stakeholders, and a business-oriented mindset is essential.
