Remote SQL Developer

Description:

• ASE Global is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join their team in the UK.
• The role involves strong SQL and T-SQL development skills, including query writing, stored procedures, indexes, and triggers.
• Responsibilities include interpreting business requirements, developing solutions, and collaborating with the team in an agile environment.
• The SQL Developer will work on database aspects of application and report development, database administration, and ensuring high availability of data services.
• The successful candidate will work remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar discipline is highly advantageous.
• Must have database development/administration experience in a commercial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, replication, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Knowledge of indexing, performance tuning, query optimization, and database security best practices.
• Experience with handling large data volumes, cloud-based databases, and working in an Agile environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and legally authorized to work in the UK.
