Description:

The position involves monitoring, data, and performance analysis in the SQL Server environment, as well as adjusting, optimizing, and further developing the system architecture.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining Remedy tools, and implementing customer-specific application solutions.
The role requires technical coordination and realization of customer requirements while adhering to IT security and quality standards.
Planning and monitoring of data interfaces, installation and administration, as well as backup and recovery of Microsoft SQL Server databases are also part of the job.

Requirements:

A successfully completed degree in engineering, IT, or a comparable qualification is required.
Experience in the administration of MS SQL, IT process management, and the ITIL framework is necessary.
Proficiency in using BMC Remedy, along with solid knowledge of databases, analysis, and reporting is essential.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills are required for this position.
Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
The candidate should demonstrate a self-directed, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
A high degree of customer and service orientation, teamwork ability, and flexibility is expected.
