Description:

  • The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for selling Slate’s Real Estate Intelligence product to influential accounts in the real estate, homebuilding, and capital investment industries.
  • The primary focus of the role is new business hunting to grow SaaS revenue through multi-year solution sales.
  • The position involves developing prospecting plans, following up on leads, researching prospects, generating a robust pipeline of opportunities, and forecasting sales targets.
  • The Account Executive will also work on renewals, expansion opportunities, advocate relationships, competitor analysis, networking, and relationship building.
  • The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, deep knowledge of selling software solutions to specific industries, success in a SaaS business model, resilience in a fast-paced startup environment, and proficiency in consultative sales methodologies and CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of meeting and beating sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in selling software solutions to national and regional residential homebuilders, REITs, REIMs, capital providers, and institutional investors.
  • Proven success in a SaaS business model.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup sales environment.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, online collaboration tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting.
