Description:
The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for selling Slate’s Real Estate Intelligence product to influential accounts in the real estate, homebuilding, and capital investment industries.
The primary focus of the role is new business hunting to grow SaaS revenue through multi-year solution sales.
The position involves developing prospecting plans, following up on leads, researching prospects, generating a robust pipeline of opportunities, and forecasting sales targets.
The Account Executive will also work on renewals, expansion opportunities, advocate relationships, competitor analysis, networking, and relationship building.
The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, deep knowledge of selling software solutions to specific industries, success in a SaaS business model, resilience in a fast-paced startup environment, and proficiency in consultative sales methodologies and CRM systems.
Requirements:
5+ years of meeting and beating sales targets.
Deep knowledge and experience in selling software solutions to national and regional residential homebuilders, REITs, REIMs, capital providers, and institutional investors.
Proven success in a SaaS business model.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup sales environment.
Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, online collaboration tools, and CRM systems.
Ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting.
