Jobgether is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. AI Engineer to work remotely in Colombia.
The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of machine learning systems for a fast-growing financial platform.
Responsibilities include building personalized recommendation engines, fraud detection models, and scalable MLOps pipelines.
The engineer will collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize platform performance.
The position requires mentoring peers and staying updated with the latest machine learning technologies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience deploying scalable ML models in production environments.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field is required.
Strong Python programming skills are essential; knowledge of Golang is a plus.
Proven experience with AWS cloud services, particularly in ML infrastructure, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with SQL, data warehouses, and relational databases is required.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is expected.
Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch is needed.
Knowledge of real-time data frameworks such as Apache Kafka or Spark is important.
Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and cross-functional collaboration, is required.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $120,000 USD (gross, annually).
This is a fully remote role, allowing work from anywhere in Colombia.
