Remote Sr Back End Engineer (RPA/Python/UiPath)

• The role involves designing and developing automation solutions to transform the medical billing and insurance claims industry.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath, participating in the entire RPA development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• The position requires developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient RPA workflows, implementing error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
• The candidate will conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions and troubleshoot issues related to RPA implementations in production environments.
• Staying updated with the latest UiPath features and mentoring junior RPA developers are also key aspects of the role.
• The position requires ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and actively participating in agile development processes.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools within the UiPath ecosystem is essential.
• Experience with UiPath certifications, such as UiPath Certified Professional Developer, is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of RPA concepts, design patterns, and best practices is required.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems is necessary.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs is important.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, is necessary.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience applying them in real-world projects is required.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry processes and terminology is a plus.
• Startup experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are preferred.
