Remote Sr Backend Developer

Description:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the client's backend services using Python/Django
• Utilize PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis for database management, queues, and caching
• Work within a service-based and microservice architecture
• Migrate and potentially rewrite existing services into more efficient microservices using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Familiarity with software analysis, design, databases, architecture, and the AWS stack is beneficial

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and Django
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI is a plus
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ and Redis
• Proficiency in software analysis and design principles
• Strong understanding of database design and management
• Familiarity with the AWS stack and its services
• Ability to work collaboratively in an open environment
