The position is for a Senior Backend Engineer who will help build core backend services and transform the platform to integrate AI agents and intelligent applications.
The engineer will solve complex technical problems to deliver robust, performant, scalable, and secure web services.
As an early team member, the engineer will co-create infrastructure and processes with the team.
The core product experiences are developed using C# and the latest .NET Core stack.
The role requires comfort in evaluating and exploring new technologies, including AI-driven solutions and modern runtimes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience building web-based applications and REST APIs using the .NET Core and C# stack.
An interest or experience in building AI-powered applications or integrating AI agents (e.g., LangChain) is considered a significant advantage.
Applicants should have experience with relational and non-relational database development, including SQL Server, Postgres, and MongoDB, from schema design to writing complex, optimized queries.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment systems is required.
Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS, is necessary.
Candidates should be detail-oriented and eager to learn new skills and tools.
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture, such as message queues, pub/sub, and event sourcing, is also required.
