Description:

The Senior Backend Engineer at Madison Logic will design, develop, and take ownership of key systems within the company.
Responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team, providing technical leadership to Product Managers, ensuring timely delivery of software features with core focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
Building and documenting third-party integrations for Data connections using appropriate technologies and architectures.
Implementing automated and manual test strategies to ensure product quality.
Generating reusable code libraries and frameworks.
Mentoring other engineers within the team and sharing technical expertise and experiences.

Requirements:

A Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience as a Backend/Node.js engineer or 8 years of experience as a Backend engineer.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficiency in at least one additional coding language such as Golang, Java, Python, C++, Rust.
Curiosity towards new technology and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of software engineering principles and building scalable systems.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services.
Familiarity with component-based development concepts and extensive experience with Angular, React, Vue.js, or equivalent libraries.
Understanding of concurrency, databases, and message queues is a plus.
Fluent in English.
