Remote Sr. Backend Engineer

Description:

• The Sr. Backend Engineer will design and build scalable high-performance backend systems and microservices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js with strong OOP skills.
• Deep expertise in SQL query optimization and database architecture is required.
• Solid experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and containerization is necessary.
• Candidates should be able to build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with microservices and SOA.
• Applying software design principles focusing on scalability and resilience is essential.
• The ability to handle concurrency, multithreading, and distributed system complexities is required.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello is expected.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a leadership mindset are necessary.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
