Description:
The Sr. Business System Analyst, Talent Solutions, supports the company by driving Talent Acquisition Technology initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of global Talent Solutions workflows and processes.
This role involves partnering with leaders as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition technology and championing operational excellence across platforms.
Responsibilities include leading and managing complex projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and maintaining high standards of service desk management.
The position reports to the Sr Manager, Talent Solutions, and collaborates closely with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.
Key tasks include project planning and execution, team communications, stakeholder engagement, documentation and reporting, Greenhouse development and management, operational excellence, service desk management, shared admin responsibilities, change control and process improvement, risk management, and training and mentorship.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, particularly with platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem, GoodTime, and similar talent acquisition tools.
A proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in a global environment is essential.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and technologies, including Greenhouse ATS, is required.
Experience with service desk management and providing technical support for talent acquisition tools is necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are crucial.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, is expected.

The compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants, with a base salary range of $98,600β$145,000 USD, determined by job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
