Description:

As a C++ Engineer, you will develop and implement computer vision algorithms to assist with SEM inspection and metrology tasks for various patterns and layers.
Your role will involve improving system throughput and computation efficiency.
You will participate in algorithm development for inspection and metrology.
Collaboration with architects, designers, and engineers will be essential to develop robust computer vision modules.
You will work with Product Management to prioritize feature development and break down tasks.
Driving infrastructure and architectural optimization solutions will be part of your responsibilities.
You will perform code reviews to ensure proper design and delivery.
Assessment and improvement of algorithm performance will be required.
Software development will be based on product and project requirements.
You will evaluate and optimize inspection flow and inspection module performance.
Troubleshooting software issues and fixing bugs will be part of your daily tasks.
Cross-nation and cross-team communication will be necessary to understand tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and teamwork is smooth.

Requirements:

A Master's degree or higher in exact sciences such as Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electro-Optical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics is required.
You must have at least 5 years of software development experience.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience as a computer vision engineer, machine learning engineer, or in a related role is necessary.
Solid skills in C++ programming are required.
Good communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
Experience in transferring technology from research in computer vision, image processing, or machine learning into a shipping product is needed.
You should be able to work on complex projects and translate requirements from internal and external customers into algorithm specifications.
Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA is required.
