Description:
The Sr. Consultant – Application Modernization will work with clients and MCA Connect project teams, as well as Solutions Architects, to define functional requirements and document solution designs.
This role involves specifying and conveying requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team, as well as testing completed solutions.
Responsibilities include performing installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, documentation, and support for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that adhere to the MCA Connect methodology.
The consultant will manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables while executing turnkey CRM implementation projects.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 5 years of business process analysis and documentation experience; alternatively, a Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience is acceptable.
Candidates must have 5 years of experience with SQL and SSRS.
A minimum of 3 years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is required.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in performing CRM data migrations, end-user training, design specification creation, and system configuration.
Experience with XML and Java for at least 3 years is also necessary.
