Description:

Symmetrio is seeking a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer to manage endpoint protection primarily using CrowdStrike for an international food services and facilities company.
Responsibilities include overseeing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CrowdStrike suite, handling firewall exceptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams for incident response, and ensuring timely identification and remediation of security risks.
The role involves working closely with IT teams, conducting user training programs, staying updated with the latest industry trends, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement of cybersecurity posture.
This is a remote contract position.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of expertise in cybersecurity, with a strong track record of securing and managing endpoints.
Extensive experience and understanding of securing Office365 environments and familiarity with vulnerability management platforms.
Strong knowledge of CrowdStrike's capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
Certification such as CISSP, CCFA, CCFR, CCFH, or similar is highly desirable.
Experience supporting large enterprise environments, both cloud and on-prem.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
