Remote Sr. Data Analyst

Description:

• The Senior Data Analyst position at Congo Brands involves leveraging data to provide strategic insights for guiding business decisions across various brands.
• Responsibilities include delivering accurate and timely reports, developing interactive Power BI dashboards, analyzing complex data sets, collaborating with teams, creating and investigating hypotheses, improving analytical techniques, maintaining data models, troubleshooting Power BI issues, and ensuring data security and compliance.
• The role also requires staying updated with Power BI features, providing training to end-users, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent working experience is required.
• Possession of a PL-300 Certification is considered an asset.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Power BI Analyst/Developer or in a similar role is necessary.
• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query, is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL, familiarity with data visualization best practices, and experience in optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards are required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills are necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik), experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and a growth mindset are advantageous.
