As a Senior Analyst, you will define the growth potential for the company and be a key member of the data team, delivering high fidelity data and insights to customers.
The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, curiosity about claims processes, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.
Responsibilities include working with the data stack (Python, Postgres, Looker, ECS, Docker), serving as a technical liaison with customers, shipping reporting code, building ML tools, translating claims lifecycle into structured data, and influencing the engineering team's culture and processes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6-8 years of experience as an individual contributor, utilizing modern analytics and programming languages with a focus on statistical analysis.
A proven ability to interface with high-value customers and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
Applicants should possess a strong toolkit for building robust and performant models.
A track record of delivering high-quality data analysis consistently is required.
A passion for developing intuitive technology and a desire for continuous learning is necessary.
Candidates must be able to assess customer requirements and prioritize them effectively.
A strong technical skillset is required, along with the willingness to take on tasks outside of core competencies.
