TrueML is a mission-driven financial software company focused on improving customer experiences for distressed borrowers.
The Senior Data Analyst will drive TrueML’s data strategy by developing actionable insights and advanced BI solutions.
This role involves collaborating with leadership to optimize decision-making and enhance platform performance.
Key responsibilities include owning data-driven projects from extraction to visualization, leading the design of BI solutions, and conducting advanced statistical analyses.
The analyst will monitor project deliverables, build cross-functional relationships, and spearhead predictive analytics efforts.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, and performance-driven analysis.
Mastery of SQL and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.
Strong skills in Python or R for advanced analysis and modeling are essential.
Experience with statistical analysis, experiment design, and A/B testing is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in presenting complex findings to executive stakeholders clearly and impactfully.
Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of relevant experience, a degree in data science or a related field, and experience in financial services or fintech.
