Remote Sr. Data Analyst - CANADA (Remote)

• The Sr. Data Analyst position is remote and based in Canada.
• The role involves delivering recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to help drive revenue.
• The analyst will use strong technical and business intuition to optimize go-to-market (GTM) motions, ensuring data-driven approaches drive efficiency, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
• The position requires solving difficult open-ended problems through novel data solutions and analytics.
• Responsibilities include supporting the development of predictive models, building dashboards, data products, and ad hoc report studies to analyze and present data.
• The analyst will work with key stakeholders and the leadership team to define and monitor KPIs across the company.
• The role also involves building production-ready data models and schemas using DBT to support downstream analytics.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL is required.
• Proficiency in any statistical programming language, such as Python or R, is necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics with a robust understanding of statistical concepts is essential.
• Experience working with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, SiSense, Hex, or Looker is required.
• Candidates should have experience building predictive and forecasting models.
• The ability to work independently and lead projects from start to finish is necessary.
• Candidates must be able to handle multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requests.
• The ability to identify and advocate for process improvements for the teams supported is required.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations are essential.
• Experience supporting any GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, is required.
