Description:

  • The Sr. Data Analyst for Performance Marketing will work remotely from the U.S. and will be responsible for performance marketing analytics.
  • The role involves collaborating with client marketing product teams to analyze and improve marketing outcomes for customers.
  • The analyst will deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to drive revenue and solve complex problems through data solutions and analytics.
  • Responsibilities include supporting the development of predictive models, building dashboards and data products, and creating production-ready data models using DBT.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have proficiency in SQL and any statistical programming language such as Python or R.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics with a strong understanding of statistical concepts is required.
  • Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, SiSense, Hex, or Looker is necessary.
  • Applicants should have experience in building predictive and forecasting models.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, GSC, GBP, GA4, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and marketing automation systems is essential.
  • Experience working with Paid Media/Paid Search marketing teams is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong skills in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing requests are necessary.
  • The ability to identify and advocate for process improvements is required.
  • Candidates should be able to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
  • The role requires partnering with leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and address them through analytics.
