The Senior Data/Product Analyst will join the Business Analytics team, focusing on empowering data-driven decisions regarding product design, client management, and business priorities.
The role involves developing an understanding of clients, products, and product development workflows.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, and business partners to identify necessary data for decision-making, assessing data availability and quality, analyzing and visualizing data for actionable insights, presenting findings to business partners, and enabling self-service monitoring of key metrics through dashboards and training.

Requirements:

Candidates should have several years of experience in a business and/or product analytics role.
Previous experience in building reports and dashboards using BI or reporting tools such as Looker (preferred), Power BI, or Tableau is required.
A solid understanding of SQL, Python, and other analytics programming languages is necessary.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual storytelling abilities, are essential.
Experience working with business partners across various teams, particularly in product development, is highly desirable.
A passion for seeking insights and developing narratives with data is important.
Candidates should be ready to learn new technologies and systems.
Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.
