Description:

Luxury Presence is a leading digital platform transforming the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages.
The position is for a Sr. Data Analyst in Sales and Marketing, based in Canada and remote.
The role involves delivering recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive revenue.
The analyst will optimize go-to-market (GTM) motions using data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities include solving complex problems through innovative data solutions, supporting the development of predictive models, and building dashboards and reports for data analysis.
The analyst will work with stakeholders and leadership to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company.
The role requires building production-ready data models and schemas using DBT for downstream analytics.

Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL is required.
Proficiency in a statistical programming language such as Python or R is necessary.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics with a strong understanding of statistical concepts is essential.
Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, SiSense, Hex, or Looker is required.
Candidates should have experience in building predictive and forecasting models.
The ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion is necessary.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requests effectively.
The ability to identify and advocate for process improvements for supported teams is required.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations are essential.
Experience supporting GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, is required.
