Description:
Luxury Presence is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst for Sales and Marketing, based in the U.S. and working remotely.
The position offers a competitive compensation range of $150,000 to $180,000, along with stock options, flexible PTO, and health, vision, and dental benefits.
The role involves delivering recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive revenue.
The analyst will utilize technical and business intuition to optimize go-to-market (GTM) motions, ensuring data-driven approaches enhance efficiency, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities include solving complex problems through innovative data solutions and analytics, supporting the development of predictive models, and building dashboards and ad hoc reports for GTM analytics and strategic decision-making.
The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company.
The role requires building production-ready data models and schemas using DBT to support downstream analytics.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SQL is required.
Candidates must be proficient in a statistical programming language such as Python or R.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics with a strong understanding of statistical concepts is necessary.
Experience with business intelligence tools like Sigma, Tableau, SiSense, Hex, or Looker is required.
Candidates should have experience in building predictive and forecasting models.
The ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion is essential.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requests effectively.
The role requires the ability to identify and advocate for process improvements for supported teams.
Strong communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
Experience supporting go-to-market teams, including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, is required.
