Description:

Luxury Presence is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join their remote team in the U.S.
The position offers a competitive compensation range of $120,000 to $170,000, along with stock options, flexible PTO, and health, vision, and dental benefits.
The role involves delivering recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive revenue.
The analyst will utilize strong technical and business intuition to optimize go-to-market (GTM) motions, ensuring data-driven approaches enhance efficiency, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities include solving complex open-ended problems through innovative data solutions and analytics.
The analyst will support the development of predictive models for strategic and operational initiatives.
Building dashboards, data products, and ad hoc reports to analyze and present data related to GTM analytics, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision-making is essential.
The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders and the leadership team to define and monitor KPIs across the company.
The analyst will also build production-ready data models and schemas using DBT to support downstream analytics.

Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL is required.
Candidates must be proficient in a statistical programming language such as Python or R.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics with a strong understanding of statistical concepts is necessary.
Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, SiSense, Hex, or Looker is essential.
Candidates should have experience in building predictive and forecasting models.
The ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion is required.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requests effectively.
The ability to identify and advocate for process improvements for supported teams is necessary.
Strong communication skills are required to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
Candidates should be able to partner with leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and address them through analytics.
Experience supporting GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, is essential.
