Clear Capital is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to help build the future of real estate data.
The role involves working closely with product teams to develop next-generation data products.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Extract Transform Load (ETL) data pipelines.
The Senior Data Engineer will also understand, operate, and improve legacy data pipelines that support existing business operations.
The position requires providing direct support to Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, and Property Data Operations teams.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in information technology and at least 4 years of overall experience.
A minimum of 4 years of experience developing in Python is required.
Candidates must understand data warehouse, data lakes, and master data management approaches, as well as ETL industry standards and best practices.
Experience in creating and maintaining scalable and robust AWS solutions is necessary.
A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and columnar databases (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake) is required.
Candidates should have a firm grasp of Linux, including BASH scripting.
Experience with Airflow and DBT is essential.
Deep knowledge of core AWS services, especially AWS Glue, AWS Batch, RDS, EMR, EKS, Lambda, and Step Functions is required.
Experience with containerization and related technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is also necessary.
