As a Senior Data Engineer, you will develop and manage data pipelines to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of the data platform.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new features and drive innovation, improving patient and doctor experiences by integrating complex data sources.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and management of data pipelines, discovering and integrating new datasets, and translating product visions into functional data pipelines.
You will set the standard for data engineering practices within the company and guide architectural approaches and data pipeline designs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer with excellence in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines for reliable data delivery systems.
Expertise in Python, SQL, and familiarity with AWS tools, Databricks, and DBT.
Strong understanding of database structures and data mining.
Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract insights, with a preference for candidates with healthcare experience.
Proven ability to handle ambiguous project requirements and lead data initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $190,000, considering location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
