Remote Sr Data Engineer - SSIS Development

Description:

• Develop and maintain SQL code and SSIS packages to support business needs.
• Analyze data to solve new and existing business issues.
• Review query performance and optimize code for efficiency.
• Provide production level support for data integration solutions.
• Fully document all processes created during development.
• Lead a team of Consultants, organize priorities, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Act as the team’s technical expert, assisting coworkers with tool and program inquiries.

Requirements:

• Must reside in Argentina.
• Fluent in English-Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Over 10 years of experience delivering ETL solutions using the Full Microsoft BI stack.
• Proficient in ANSI-SQL and T-SQL.
• Background in MS SQL Server and DB2 databases; familiarity with Azure SQL Database is a plus.
• Experience in Insurance/Financial Services is advantageous.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow best practices, guidelines, and standards effectively.
• Understanding of complex technical concepts.
• Knowledge in domains like Prescriptive and Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Management, or Big Data is a bonus.
