Description:

The Sr. Data Governance Analyst will develop, implement, and monitor corporate governance while integrating best practices into the daily operations of the company.
This role involves supporting risk and control management by identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks associated with processes and operations.
The analyst will be responsible for drawing up and reviewing internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to current legislation and regulations.
Conducting training on governance, risks, and compliance for employees across various departments is a key responsibility.
The position requires monitoring compliance with both internal and external rules and regulations.
The analyst will carry out constant analysis to improve governance processes and report progress to senior management.
Participation in defining strategies to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for improving governance is expected.
Preparing reports and presentations to share information on governance and results achieved with stakeholders is also part of the role.

Requirements:

A university degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Engineering, or related areas is required.
Previous experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance in medium-sized or large companies is necessary.
Knowledge of best practices in corporate governance and risk management is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this position.
The ability to present and communicate clearly with stakeholders is crucial.
A desirable certification in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (such as CGA, CRC, among others) is preferred.
A proactive and collaborative profile, with a constant pursuit of improvements, is expected.
