Requirements:

Candidates should possess great numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Spark and Databricks is necessary.
Experience with AWS Redshift or other columnar databases is mandatory.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
