Requirements:

Candidates must have an advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or data engineer.
Experience with experimental design and analysis is required.
Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools is necessary.
Competency in Python, R, or another scripting language is expected.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve ambiguous problems using data are essential.
Candidates must be able to analyze and condense data to tell a persuasive story.
Proven communication skills with cross-functional teams are required.
