Description:
Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work remotely from the United States for one of their clients.
The role involves organizing and merging data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and integrity.
Responsibilities include identifying and resolving bottlenecks in data processing and analysis, implementing automation and optimization solutions.
The Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with clinical associates, biostatisticians, and engineers to streamline data collection and entry processes.
The position requires performing statistical analysis, data visualization, and generating reports for clinical studies and other projects.
The candidate will prepare summary statistics, tables, figures, and listings for presentations and publications.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
Proficiency in SQL and programming with R or Python is necessary; experience with SAS is a plus.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Storage, Compute Engine) is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, clinical, or biotechnology industries is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills are required to convey complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
