Description:

The Sr. Database Administrator will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and managing databases.
This role includes creating and implementing backup and recovery strategies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, or similar query languages is necessary.
At least 7+ years of experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL is required.
In-depth knowledge of database backup and recovery methods is essential.
Experience in database optimization, indexing, data integration, and reporting is needed.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows operating systems is required.
Expertise in database security and access management is necessary.
The ability to write SQL queries and procedures is required.
Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
Experience with database management tools is preferred.
