Description:

  • The Sr. Dealer Onboarding Specialist will report to the Head of Dealer Implementations and will work directly with Dealer Partners to ensure their success with AutoFi’s products and services.
  • This role involves navigating the presentation, collection, and use of key information with dealership personnel while collaborating with Configuration Specialists, Sales, Account Management, and Strategic Adoption.
  • The specialist will manage a portfolio of Dealer Implementations from Kick Off to Launch, ensuring clear expectations and effective communication among all parties involved.
  • Responsibilities include guiding Dealer Partners through the implementation cycle, tracking progress, providing insights on product usage, and maintaining communication with dealerships and vendor partners.
  • The specialist will also identify common challenges, recommend new procedures for efficiency, and participate in developing reference and process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in Account/Client Support or Implementations/Project Coordinator roles.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with SaaS solutions and integrations is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with car dealership business models and related roles is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to navigate challenging situations.
  • Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter attitude is essential, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, and Postman is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus.
