The Senior Developer/Tech Leader will lead teams of various sizes, providing project oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include developing innovative software and processes to address complex business challenges and documenting and communicating requirements, progress, and solutions effectively.
The position requires facilitating the adoption of new technologies and development practices while ensuring the quality of both product and process delivery.
Continuous learning and application of new technologies, development processes, and business domains are expected.
The role also involves participating in and assisting with directing the sales process for new business and potentially new clients.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular is required.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and SQL/NoSQL databases is necessary.
The ability to lead teams, resolve technical challenges, and manage project quality is essential.
Involvement in sales processes and creating work estimates is expected.
Candidates should have experience/expertise in developing complex software systems with production quality deployment, monitoring, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
The ability to decompose complex business and technical problems and lead a team in solving those problems is required.
A working knowledge of different enterprise and application architectures is necessary.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with customers and teams are essential.
Candidates should be self-starters adept at creating structure in ambiguous environments.
