Description:
Datassential is a global food and beverage intelligence platform that utilizes billions of data points and AI to empower major brands in the food and beverage ecosystem.

The DevOps team is responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports Datassential’s applications and data platforms, focusing on automation, reliability, and scalability.
The role involves building, managing, and enhancing automated CI/CD pipelines and AWS-based infrastructure for efficient application deployment.
Responsibilities include implementing and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform, collaborating with development teams, monitoring system performance and security, and mentoring other team members.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience in DevOps, with extensive hands-on experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
Expert-level proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is required.
Strong experience with Jenkins pipelines, including Jenkins Templating Engine (JTE) and Groovy scripting is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable deploying, managing, and migrating containerized workloads on AWS ECS and Kubernetes (EKS), including building EKS clusters from scratch.
Solid Linux administration skills, including troubleshooting via CLI and scripting (Bash, Python) are essential.
Experience with secure networking concepts, including AWS networking services and network security best practices is required.
Nice to have skills include experience with security and compliance tools, familiarity with monitoring solutions, and experience integrating Atlassian tools into CI/CD workflows.
