Remote Sr. DevOps Engineer, Cloud Security

Description:

• The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving vulnerability findings related to Cloud Infrastructure, working with the SOC on enriching data sources, and implementing security and compliance controls.
• They will independently lead key projects, manage infrastructure through automation, and perform blameless RCAs on incidents and outages.
• The role involves defining, designing, and implementing DevOps practices, managing incidents and emergency response, and troubleshooting various production or non-production issues.
• The position requires participation in an on-call rotation and troubleshooting alerts to identify root causes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Platform Engineer, with a total of 10+ years supporting technical environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Public Cloud providers like AWS and GCP, experience with Terraform or other IaC tools, and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work with service-oriented architectures, microservices at scale, containers, orchestration frameworks, and monitoring tools.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go, and knowledge of information security standards and regulations.
