Description:

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) following best practices and modern DevOps principles.
Develop, optimize, and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient software releases.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or similar to automate operational tasks.
Set up, configure, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Analyze system performance and implement tuning strategies to enhance reliability, performance, and efficiency of cloud resources.
Implement security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and compliance with relevant standards.
Collaborate with software development teams to ensure applications are designed for reliability, scalability, and performance in a cloud environment.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, processes, and procedures and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related role with a focus on cloud infrastructure, with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficiency in GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, etc.) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or similar.
Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc., scripting languages like Python, Bash, containerization, orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, networking, security, and cloud-native design principles.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
