Description:

  • The Sr. Director for Application Access Governance will own the Saviynt Solution for the Application Access Governance product, focusing on Governance Risk and Compliance for critical applications such as SAP, EPIC, Oracle EBS, Workday, and Salesforce.
  • This role involves collaboration with subject matter experts and product owners for other Saviynt Solutions, including AAG, PAM, and Enterprise Identity Cloud.
  • The individual will develop go-to-market plans for solution areas and use cases within Saviynt.
  • Close collaboration with technical engineering and implementation teams is required to package the product into a complete solution for customers.
  • The role includes working with Product Management, Customer, and Partner feedback channels to develop scalable and repeatable products and solutions.
  • Analyzing target market segments and designing positioning and value propositions for each use case and focus area is essential.
  • The Sr. Director will develop a unified messaging framework for internal and external audiences, working alongside business development, Partner, Marketing, PR, and AR teams.
  • The position requires working with the sales team to identify gaps in solution and product areas and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to address these gaps through roadmap and release cycles.
  • Conducting competitive analysis with PMM teams is part of the responsibilities.
  • The individual will design and implement campaigns, programs, and events that drive adoption and customer success, measuring and communicating results.
  • Crafting content for various channels, including documentation, training, web, social media, and events, to execute go-to-market plans is required.
  • The role involves finalizing pricing and positioning for solutions in collaboration with Sales and PMM.
  • Scaling go-to-market efforts through internal enablement activities is expected.
  • The Sr. Director will represent the company publicly at events such as Saviynt Converge and customer and partner events.
  • Driving product and solutions strategy for the customer advisory board for strategic customers is a key responsibility.
  • The individual will work with engineering and feature product managers to reduce friction points that hinder customer adoption of the solution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management or Solution Management is required.
  • Highly preferred candidates will have experience with Segregation of Duties.
  • Candidates with experience in standard control frameworks are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the security model of key ERP, EHR, and CRM applications such as Oracle EBS, Workday, EPIC, and Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Experience with break-the-glass scenarios is necessary.
  • Domain expertise in products related to Identity and Access Management, GRC, Privileged Access, and Third-Party Management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong technical and market research skills.
  • An MBA or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience is required.
  • A proven track record of turning ambiguous ideas into products and delivering cloud services is necessary.
  • Candidates must have a documented history of taking ownership and driving actual business results, such as pipeline auditioning, revenue or margin increases, and field and consumer program management with measurable results.
  • Experience in identifying and resolving complex issues and assuming leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances is required, along with a solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
