Description:

  • The Sr. Director, Now Assist AI Platform is responsible for the vision, strategy, implementation, and growth of the Now Assist products and AI solutions on the Now Platform.
  • This role is crucial for driving the internal adoption of Now Assist and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in the ServiceNow platform and AI technologies, along with a strategic mindset to guide the product roadmap.
  • The Sr. Director will oversee a virtual team of Now Platform engineers, product managers, and program managers, collaborating with product leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the successful implementation of Now Assist products, aligning product features with internal needs, and developing an integrated product roadmap.
  • The role also involves establishing key performance metrics, analyzing user feedback for continuous improvement, and providing technical leadership in AI solutions.
  • The candidate will educate customers on the deployment of GenAI powered by Now Assist and create playbooks based on learnings from internal implementations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically in enterprise software solutions, is necessary.
  • Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform and AI technologies is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities are required to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary for managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Preferred skills include experience with implementing AI-driven solutions in large organizations and familiarity with various AI frameworks, tools, platforms, and methodologies.

  • The position offers a base pay range of $237,800 - $416,200, plus equity (when applicable) and variable/incentive compensation.
